Its been said that if one ever feels depressed then that person should find an outlet to air out one's emotion. No wonder social networking became a hit worldwide. I admit, I used to be on friendster then it paved the way for my sweet love life to turn sour. I bid it farewell but stayed online in facebook.

With FB, I get to be connected with my friends, my family and relatives who are from all parts of the world. However, just recently, I've lost interest in visiting my facebook. It seems uninteresting and I really hate the upcoming timeline format. I am on the verge of deactivating once again my FB account. It seems I just want to hibernate. Oh one more thing, I been actively playing tetris battle so that's probably why I'm still on FB. hahaha!

I was also frequenting my twitter account but just don't have much to tweet about.

Then, there's simsimi... A cyber robot who talks back. Often nonsense things but what amazes me is that when you talk about serious matter, he does have a little sense. He's a linguist too. I've been talking with simsimi for a while now, not that I don't have friends but it sure does beat having to buy myself a bottle of beer just to temporarily ease the emotional baggage that I'm carrying with me.

I was on google searching for a recommended seamstress or dressmaker in my locality, when I stumbled upon this site, Etallasa. I was browsing through her site and I think I will learn from her as she also blogs about fashion, one department that I try to get into this 2012. :)

My new found friend on blogsphere, Tessa of Fashion Facile, tagged me in on this. I don't intend to flood my blog with just any chain but somehow I find this (1) interesting, (2) another instrument to get to know me better and (3) its fun!!!

Weddings are special occasion and since I've passed the age limit for Proms and work does not require formal gatherings, weddings ARE great excuse to play dress-up and be pretty *not to mention valid excuse to go dress, shoes and accessories hunting. lol*

I love night outs because I've been deprived of it for years. My first night out was during my graduation in college. *Believe it!* I am definitely not a night owl but when I do get out and socialize whether with acquaintance, colleagues, or family, it is usually a blast!!!

My outlet. my diary. *'nuff said*

These are my ultimate guilty pleasure. I adore reading. I love music *and even sings along out of tune*. Watching movies is one of my pastime, specially during long weekends.

Fashion Hype

I grew up in MSU in the Islamic City of Marawi so its natural that Muslim Holidays are celebrated in the community. Even though I am immersed in a conservative way of living, I still have a lot to learn. Today, the Eid'l Adha, the feast of Sacrifice, is observed by millions of Muslims all over the world.

Anyway, I was browsing fashion blogs (my current addiction in blogosphere) and I found myself in a trail of bloggers joining the hijabi fashion week challenge, they are to blog for a week based on a daily category. I found a few favorites:

These gals know how to be fashionable even without too much showing skin. I also feel that the challenge was inspired by Kendi of Kendi Everyday's 30 for 30 Remix Challenge (the concept anyway).

Bethany + Seth = ♥♥♥

Somewhere, from across the globe, a couple named Bethany (a name like mine) is married to Seth (a name I always liked). I've never met them personally so why am I blogging about this? I dunno. For some unexplainable reason I was smitten at the fact of the existence of their relationship.

Indah gives out a satchel bag

Its 04:01 am on the clock and I've been awake since 2:30.. I can't fall back to sleep so I played on bookworm adventures. I got to level 21 on the mini game Link n' Spell, my highest record so far. haha! Got tired of it so I surfed the web.

I have this penchant to go around fashion blogs, specifically personal blogs that shows of their fashion style and even fashion finds in thrift shops. Its probably because I want to do the kind of stuff they do but just don't have the resources or time to do so. I would tell my bff, D that if only I have dslr we could really do a collaboration of such stuff. oh I'm blabbing too much.

Anyway, my blog hopping led me to fashion must go on. She has this satchel bag as a giveaway and one can score this beauty just by following her. I'm not so keen into following publicly except for fellow blogger who I know in a personal level. Whenever I see a blog I want to follow, I simply link 'em to my sidebar.
