Day 30: Your favorite song at this time last year

I'm not sure if its exactly the same time of last year, but all I know is that I've been hooked on Taio Cruz' Dynamite and my chosen song entry:

I can't believe it! I'm done with my 30-day song challenge. Even though I got some days not being able to post an entry, this challenge made me reminisce some good old moments. For those who followed my post and commented on my picks, THANK YOU!!!

If I've been blessed with a skill to play any kind of instrument then these two personal faves are definitely on the top of my list of songs that i wish I could play.

Day 26: A song that you can play on an instrument

I do not know how to play any kind of instrument. We were taught how to way back in high school and I actually asked my parents to buy me a guitar. My mom was very supportive, maybe because she knows how to play *although I haven't seen her do it. And so they did buy but I was not able to maximized using it. haha. I remember buying "song hits" to follow the chords. I know basic chords but my fingers just couldn't take those with grips... hehehe..

With D-A-G-A chords, I practiced with this song, but really sucked with the strumming! Argh!

Day 25: A song that makes you laugh

When it comes to fun songs, I like the songs of Yoyoy Villame. Maybe his voice alone can make me laugh. hahaha!

This song has been criticized because it contains wrong facts on some historical figures, but I feel that this is simply for leisure. For crying out loud, one should learn history from the books (and mind you, some books contain errors t00).

Day 24: A song that you want to play at your funeral

Okay, death is inevitable, and when I die, I want this songs to be played....

This song reminds me of the love ones that went ahead and when I do pass on, I want to be remembered the same way...

I also like this song, I don't know how they'll incorporate it during my funeral though...

Day 23: A song that you want to play at your wedding

I wasn't able to blog for quite sometime, not because I don't want to, but because I couldn't. My internet provider disappoint me most then blogger had a scheduled maintenance! boo!

Weddings! weddings! weddings! I always thought about mine but it seems it won't happen anytime soon. I am glad of some friends who tied the knot, like my friend and fellow blogger, BabyPink. I was glad to witness her big day. This is her story.

From time to time, when I think about my big day, some details gets changed. But when it comes to music, I want it to be meaningful, so no wonder, no matter how boring it might be to you, I would most turn to country songs.

For senti moments aka sad days, I like to listen to this song.

Day 21: A song that you listen to when you’re happy

I love the upbeat tune, this is to celebrate happiness!!!

Day 20: A song that you listen to when you’re angry

Today's enrty is interesting. Interesting since it deals with anger. I have the tendency to be moody *blame it on my taurean nature* but I have to say patience is one of my strengths. I don't get angry easily. I usually just cry my heart out after I let some steam off.

I initially decided to post Coolio's Gangsta's Paradise but then I opted to one of my favorites. It has this catchy tune and because of that my anger usually depletes or dissolves into thin air. hahah... *a chemistry factor*

This pick, in a way reminds me that it does no good to be angry.

Day 19: A song from your favorite album

This entry is tough! I can't decide which song to post so, I'm gonna post two. Let's just put it this way: A TIE!!! lol.

I'm a BIG Gin Blossoms fan, and my fave album is Congratulations. I'm Sorry. I got my money's worth when I bought their cassette tape waayyyy back in the 90s. lol. Gotta love listening to Competition Smile, Till I here it from you, As long as it matters and my ultimate fave : Follow you Down.

Next, Blessid Union of Souls is a love!!! lol. The album, Walking of the buzz is another best buy. I listen to their songs:That's The Girl I've Been Telling You About, Hey Leonardo, Rest of my Life, If she couldn't sleep and Standing At The Edge Of The Earth. Totally awesome!!!

Day 18: A song that you wish you heard on the radio

I am so hooked on this tv series. I like the theme song as well,not sure if it became a hit in australia but i didn't hear this song on philippine radio and i wish i did. hehehe

Day 16: A song that you used to love but now hate

I totally dig this song before, the sadness in its tune, the closure it portrays. However, along the way, i got tired of it. It irks me.

Day 15: A song that describes you

I have this liking for country songs. I am deeply touched by the strong words placed in its lyrics.

I pretty much lived life independently and though times has been hard, it worked out well...

As much as I want to solely take credit for this song as my current love, I am also dedicating this to every women out there, who have had trying times but still thanks God for everything.

Day 14: A song that no one would expect you to love

I have no doubt that for this entry, I am to have a big confession. Hahaha. I love Original Pinoy Music (OPM). Although there are great artist such as The APO, there are new blossoming artists too. However, one artist that stood the test of time is Asin. I dig they're pop folk kind of tune.

Day 12: A song from a band you hate

This is a tough one. Does this mean Song I like from a band I hate? Or I hate both song and band? I can't think of any. So suffice it to say, that there will be no song entry today.

I hate bands that says a lot of curses. heavy rock, metal rock, I never appreciated them.

Bato-bato sa langit ang tamaan wag magalit...lol.
